RESOLUTION 2007-9

A Resolution Concerning the Adoption of the Town of Cochiti Lake 2007-2008 Budget

BE IT RESOLVED by the Assembly of the Town of Cochiti Lake:

That this resolution is being introduced as a measure for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that the budget must be approved and submitted in a timely manner to the State of New Mexico Department of Finance, so that the state funds are forthcoming and in place for essential town services.

That the Town of Cochiti Lake 2007-2008 Budget attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, be and is approved.

DULY ADOPTED this   26th   day of May, 2007, by the Assembly of the Town of Cochiti Lake at a meeting thereof; at which a quorum was present, 5 voting for and 0 voting against.
