A Resolution Concerning the Appointment of the Town Clerk

BE IT RESOLVED by the Assembly of the Town of Cochiti Lake:

That        Annette Narvaiz                   be hired at a rate of $12 per hour for no more than 25 hours a week, for the position of Town Clerk as defined in the Charter.  This position will become available May 29, 2007.

DULY ADOPTED this   26th   day of May, 2007, by the Assembly of the Town of Cochiti Lake at a meeting thereof; at which a quorum was present, __5__voting for and_0__voting against.
