AN ORDINANCE FOR TOWN TAX

BEGINNING FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005

An Ordinance to establish the rate for calculating the Town Tax per section 1701 of the Town Charter.

Be it Ordained by the Assembly of the Town of Cochiti Lake that the town tax be figured using the calculation used by Sandoval County.  {Percentage x Every $100 of Assessed value)  The percentage used will be 0.1569

This Ordinance will become effective upon adoption by the Assembly of the Town of Cochiti Lake and all other Ordinances, Resolutions shall be repealed as of the effective date of this Ordinance.

DULY ADOPTED this  15^th  day of December, 2004 by the Assembly of the Town of Cochiti Lake at a meeting thereof; at which a quorum was present,  5 voting for and  0 voting against.
